ORGL 311.\u00a0<\/span>Professional Writing.<\/strong> 3-3-0. Students will follow a sequence beginning with an introduction to the writing process, emphasizing planning and collaboration, and tools of persuasive written and visual rhetoric. They will produce and critique documents ranging from memos to reports, and will end with a study of professionalism highlighting diversity, usability, ethics and legal issues in professional writing.<\/span>\u00a0 52.0213<\/span><\/p>\n

ORGL 314.\u00a0Diversity and Intercultural Understanding in a Global Context.<\/strong>\u00a03-3-0. An overview of basic concepts of cross-cultural communication and globalization, in the context of a sample of nations from around the globe. 52.0213<\/span><\/p>\n

ORGL 317.\u00a0 <\/span>Concepts and Technologies of Organizational Communication.<\/strong>\u00a03-3-0. This course will explore the role that human communication, both oral and written, plays in structuring, maintaining, and changing organizational behavior. Students will examine the role that the social media, ethics, diversity, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving can have on business and corporate outcomes. 52.0213<\/span><\/p>\n

ORGL 321.\u00a0Principles of Team Leadership in Project Management.<\/strong> 3-3-0. This course is designed to provide students with the fundamental concepts of the principles of team leadership in project management. Students completing this course will understand the roles of project managers in their organizations and will master project management tools, techniques, and interpersonal skills that are required in order to orchestrate projects from start to finish. 52.0213<\/span><\/p>\n

ORGL 324.Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis.<\/strong>\u00a03-3-0. Students will select and utilize appropriate methodologies for analysis of organizational metrics, and understand quantitative and qualitative applications. The purpose of this course is to enable the student to apply these concepts to the “real world” through modeling and interpretations. 52.0213<\/span><\/p>\n

ORGL 334. <\/strong>Critical Thinking and Analysis.<\/strong>\u00a03-3-0. This course is designed to teach students more effective reasoning strategies and to improve cognitive skills.
