The Center for Bayou Studies is happy to announce that on August 20 an enthusiastic group of administrators, state听officials, and members of the 杏吧传媒 community gathered for the Grand Opening of the Lanny D. Ledet Culinary Arts Building, a state of the art facility that will house听the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. The Center for Bayou Studies and the CJFCI will be collaborating on projects in the future to highlight many elements of the unique culture found in听our beloved听Louisiana Bayou Region.
