Bio:
Dr. Adams is from Terrebonne Parish and earned her B.S. and M.S. at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ with a research focus in the innate immunology of estuarine fishes. She earned her Ph.D. at LSUHSC working on vaccine development followed by a postdoctoral fellowship studying infant immune responses to respiratory syncytial virus. Her chemistry instruction is informed by several years of federally funded biomedical research. She proudly represents the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ legacy of excellence in teaching and scientific mentorship to foster STEM in the bayou region.
