Students that are enrolled in an online degree<\/strong> do not pay the same fees as traditional students and a Colonel Card is not required<\/strong>. A $15 fee<\/strong> will be added in Banner after printing the Colonel Card for an Online degree student.<\/p>\n

If you would still like a Colonel Card, please fill out and submit this Online Degree Colonel Card Request Form<\/span><\/a>. You will need to be enrolled as a student and log in with your myÐÓ°É´«Ã½ ID. If you are not an online degree student, please visit the Colonel Card Office in the Bollinger Memorial Student Union to get your Colonel Card.<\/p>\n
