Nestled in the heart of Louisiana’s Bayou Region, the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute invites aspiring chefs with an adventurous palate and an insatiable desire to work in the food and service industries to pursue a Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science degree in culinary arts at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. Our program is currently the only post-secondary institution in Louisiana offering a four-year culinary degree and one of very few in the country.
A smaller class size allows for students to have more one on one time with their instructors, mentorship, and personal networking. This specialized instruction will allow students to hone their skills based on their abilities and aspirations.
A 4-year degree from ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is approximately half the cost of a 2-year degree from a private institution. With the rising cost of tuition and fees we want to give you some relief from your financial burden by offering no out of state fees.
