The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute is an academic college of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, 906 E 1st St, Thibodaux, Louisiana. Nestled deep in the heart of Cajun and Creole Country, ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is located in close proximity to many major Gulf Coast cities and is just about an hour southwest of the culinary center of New Orleans. The 210-acre campus fronts scenic Bayou Lafourche and is located on land once part of historic Acadia Plantation.<\/p>
