Add the onions, bell peppers, and celery, and cook, stirring, until soft and lightly golden, about 15 minutes. Add the crawfish and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to throw off a little liquid, about 5 minutes. Add the flour/culinary/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/2038//water mixture, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne. Remover from the heat. Add the green onions and parsley.
