You will see the payment plan and all the details as it applies to your account in the Touchnet system (once you click \u201cmy bill\u201d in self-service).\u00a0<\/li><li>The plan will recalculate and determine new amounts due based on changes to eligible charges on the student account.<\/li><li>Current term tuition and fees related to registration and room and board plans are eligible charges.<\/li><li>Prior term charges must be paid prior to enrolling in a payment plan.<\/li><li>Indebtedness or fines are not eligible charges and must be paid separate of the payment plan.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>FALL &amp; SPRING\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong>Payment plan details \u2013<\/strong><\/p><p>Current term charges associated with class enrollment or dorm\/meal plan charges are eligible<\/p><p>Three payments due on the plan \u2013<\/p><p>1<sup>st<\/sup> installment (down payment) \u2013 50% of the total of eligible tuition and fees and room and board plan charges for the current term \u2013<strong>payment of this installment is required for enrollment in the plan<\/strong><\/p><p>2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> installments \u2013 25% each of the remaining eligible charges<\/p><p>2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> installment payments are due on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of the month<\/p><ul><li>Fall term \u2013 October and November<\/li><li>Spring term \u2013 March and April<\/li><\/ul><p>$25.00 late fee assessed to accounts with installment payment not made by due date. Late fees are charged monthly with a maximum charge of $100.00<\/p><p>Payments made and\/or financial aid awards are applied to the calculated payments in the order in which the payment would be due<\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>How to enroll in a payment plan<\/strong><\/span> &#8211;<\/h4><p>(if you are on the myÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Experience dashboard, please scroll down for payment plan instructions)<\/p><ul><li>Log in to your Banner Self-Service account.<\/li><li>Enter your &#8220;MyÐÓ°É´«Ã½&#8221; ID and &#8220;Password&#8221;, then click the \u201cLogin\u201d box<\/li><li>Select \u201cStudent\u201d<\/li><li>Select \u201cStudent Accounts\u201d<\/li><li>Select \u201cAccount Detail for Term\u201d<\/li><li>Select applicable term<\/li><li>Click \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/li><li>The account detail for the term selected is displayed<\/li><li>Scroll to bottom of page<\/li><li>Click on \u201cMake Payment\u201d in the gray bar at the bottom of the screen<\/li><li>Click on the \u201cmy bill\u201d button \u2013 this will take you to the Heartland Touchnet system<\/li><li>The next screen will have 3 boxes across the top \u2013 the \u201cStudent Account\u201d box (the middle box) offers three options<ul><li>View Activity<\/li><li>Enroll in Payment Plan<\/li><li>Make Payment<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>If you wish to enroll in a payment plan \u2013 select \u201cEnroll in Payment Plan\u201d<\/li><li>Next select the term you wish to enroll in a payment plan for from the drop down list<ul><li><strong>NOTE: Payment plans are only offered for current term eligible charges.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Available payment plan option will be displayed<\/li><li>Click the \u201cSelect\u201d button to the right of the payment plan title under the action column to proceed<\/li><li>The payment plan calculation details are displayed along with general information related to the payment plan<ul><li><strong>Please read this information carefully and thoroughly!! Summer Term A\u00a0 or Summer Term B ONLY.\u00a0<\/strong> To be eligible for the payment plan for the summer term, students must be enrolled in either Full Term or BOTH Term A &amp; Term B.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>To enroll in an installment payment plan, the student<span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\"> must <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">pay 50% of tuition and fees for the current term plus a non-refundable $50 service charge.\u00a0 The initial 50% plus the $50 service charge is due before the end of the registration period to avoid having all courses dropped and schedule cancelled.\u00a0\u00a0 The remaining balance will be due 15 minutes prior to the close of business on <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">July
