University Health Services will only provide excuses for patients who have missed class while being seen in our clinic. The physician determines whether or not a student will receive an excuse. We also have an 鈥渁ppointment verification鈥� form that lists the date(s) and time(s) you were seen in UHS.
- We will not give a student an excuse if they were not seen by UHS.
