Enter your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ email address and click Next.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Underneath where it asks for a password, click &#8216;Forgot my password&#8217;\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ email address should already be filled out. Complete the character challenge. Click Next.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Complete the verification step. At this time, your only option should be an alternate email: ex re*@nicholls.edu.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It will send a verification code to your email. Enter the verification code and hit Next. It should now allow you to reset your password<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Login to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/experience.elluciancloud.com\/nicholls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myÐÓ°É´«Ã½&nbsp;<\/a>with your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ email address and your new myÐÓ°É´«Ã½ password set in the previous step.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Set up the MFA<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It will ask you to keep your account secure by setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Microsoft Authenticator:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Download the Microsoft Authenticator to your smartphone.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Open the app, accept the privacy statement notice, and click Continue. If prompted, <\/span><b>allow notifications.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It may ask you to add an account. If so, choose work or school account. You can also hit the + at the top right and add an account that way as well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click Scan QR code.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Back to where you are logging into myÐÓ°É´«Ã½, click Next twice and you should be given a QR code.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Scan the QR code with your Microsoft Authenticator app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click Next.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will be given a code to enter in your Microsoft Authenticator app. Enter the code and hit yes.Click Next.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You should see a message that the set up has been successful.
