Please be sure to complete all fields and include a detailed description of your request.\u00a0 The Office of Assessment &amp; Institutional Research handles requests related to official statistics, historical data, or assessment. Requests for current information (ex. list of students with contact information) should be handled through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicholls.edu\/information-tech\/\">Office of Information Technology<\/a>.<\/p><p><em>We ask that you allow us ample time to complete your request.\u00a0 Urgent requests are handled on a priority basis.<\/em><\/p><table class=\"table-defaults table-lines-vertical table-lines-horizontal table-header-red table-border-black\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\"><tbody><tr><th>FOR ON-CAMPUS (internal) REQUESTS<\/th><\/tr><tr><td><ul><li>Please use our <a href=\"https:\/\/ir.nicholls.edu\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Online Request System<\/strong><\/span><\/a> to submit your requests.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Please note that <strong>you will log in using your Active Directory (network) username and password.\u00a0 An example of a typical username would be the first letter of your first name and your last name (ex: jdoe)<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Also, please be advised that you will receive task updates via email as your request is being processed through our system.
