Fernando received his MFA in playwriting in 2021. Before teaching, he managed the box office ofÌý Le Petit Théâtre Du Vieux Carré. He uses his background in theatre arts to encourage student-led collaboration á la Tectonic Theatre Project’s Moment Work principles.
