Slade Besson, assistant director of University Computer Services at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, demonstrated the various technological features of the newly renovated Peltier Hall auditorium at the facility’s dedication ceremony Tuesday, Aug. 16.
The images on the screen, connected to a system that can play movies and interface with computers, are visible via a projector hidden behind one of the new acoustical shell panels. With the new technology, instructors can highlight and write on the screen; display documents, slideshows and movies; and magnify three-dimensional objects.
