Four-term Louisiana Governor Edwin Edwards joined Dr. Christopher E. Cenac Sr., Houma physician, for a book-signing and dinner program on Sunday, Nov. 20, at 杏吧传媒.
Hosted by the 杏吧传媒 Foundation, the event benefited the Ellender Memorial Library Archives. Books that were signed included 鈥淓yes of an Eagle: Jean-Pierre Cenac, Patriarch 鈥� An Illustrated History of Early Houma-Terrebonne,鈥� by Cenac, and 鈥淓dwin Edwards: Governor of Louisiana 鈥� An Authorized Biography,鈥� by Leo Honeycutt. More than 150 people attended the benefit.
