TradeCollege.org ranked ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ No. 1 for Mining & Petroleum Technology programs in and . Additionally, the website ranked the PETSM program No. 3 in in the Southeast Region and No. 10 in, both in the Engineering Technologies category.
BestValueSchools.org ranked in its 25 Most Affordable Engineering Degrees in 2021 list.
TradeCollege.org ranked programs based on the number of students graduating. BestValueSchools.org primarily ranked its schools on tuition, but also considered financial aid offered and how students rated the programs.
The PETSM program has educated oil and gas professionals for over 40 years. It is one of the most popular and unique programs on the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ campus. A feature is the ability for students to register for classes that meet their rotational work schedules, such as 7-on, 7-off and 14-on, 14-off. PETSM graduates work in management and leadership positions in the oil and gas industry around the globe.
