His menu included Pan Bronzed Supreme of Chicken, Fried Jambalaya Risotto Cake, Roasted Tomato Petal, Saut\u00e9ed Spinach and Meuniere Sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch will take the winning recipes to
