The competitions will take place on the Dansereau House lawn during the downtown Thibodaux establishment\u2019s weekly \u201cDrinkery,\u201d held from\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" data-term=\"goog_1107051019\"><span class=\"aQJ\">5:30 to 10:30 p.m.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222\">Much like the Iron Chef competitions on Food Network, the weekly competitions will feature two ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ culinary students preparing a dish inspired by a secret ingredient. Beginning at\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" data-term=\"goog_1107051020\"><span class=\"aQJ\">7 p.m.<\/span><\/span>, the secret ingredient will be revealed, and the competitors will have 45 minutes to grill off. Free tastings will be available to those attending.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222\">Each week\u2019s winner will move on to compete against a different up-and-coming chef the following\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" data-term=\"goog_1107051021\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Thursday<\/span><\/span>. The winner of the six-week challenge will receive $100 and a free night\u00a0stay in the Governor\u2019s Suite at the Dansereau House.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222\">The grill-off is only one aspect of a larger partnership with the Dansereau House, which is also now offering externships and job opportunities for ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ culinary students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222\">\u201cAs a regional employer with multiple industry awards, we are thrilled to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with ÐÓ°É´«Ã½\u2019s Chef John Folse Culinary Institute,\u201d said Damon J.
