This marks the third consecutive semester that ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ has had an enrollment increase.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cThis continued trend of enrollment growth and high retention rates during challenging times proves that ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is providing a high-quality education at an affordable price,\u201d ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ President Dr. Bruce Murphy said. \u201cLooking ahead to the fall, we\u2019re receiving greater interest in ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ than we\u2019ve seen in recent years with increased applications and more students accepting scholarship offers to become a Colonel. Thanks to the efforts of our dedicated faculty and staff, we\u2019re well on our way toward reaching our goal of 8,000 students.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Changes to freshman-level math and English courses continue to pay off as ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ posted an 87 percent freshman retention rate one year after setting a record-high rate last spring.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nursing and biology, ÐÓ°É´«Ã½\u2019 most popular degree programs, saw the largest increases among programs this semester.
