ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is a substantial part of this community and this donation is a way for us to support them any way we can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">President Dr. Bruce Murphy said the university is partnering with the local nonprofit, Friends of Bayou Lafourche, to complete beautification projects along the bayou. Ideas include marking different trees with signage, extending the trail and building an outdoor classroom.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cWe\u2019ve got some great ideas to enhance that portion of campus which is like our front porch overlooking the bayou,\u201d said Dr. Murphy. \u201cThe idea is to enhance the image of the bayou and the university.
