Ledet Building. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prospective culinary students will be treated to tours of the 33,000-square-foot state-of-the-art culinary facility, cooking demos, tastings and meetings with professors and the financial aid office. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ alum and Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant August in New Orleans Chef Ross Dover (B.A. \u201814) will hold cooking demonstrations at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Student-led tours will begin at 9 a.m. and run at the top of every hour until 2 p.m. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Located in the heart of Cajun and Creole Country, the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ offers an immersive culinary education combined with the full college experience at an affordable price. Nationally recognized faculty prepare students for a wide variety of career paths in the culinary and hospitality industry. \u00a0Upon graduation, 96 percent of Culinary Institute graduates land jobs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Opened in 2015, the Lanny D. Ledet Building features six kitchens, three classrooms and a dedicated student study area and culinary library.
