THIBODAUX, La. — ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ awarded an endowed professorship in nursing during University Convocation held Wednesday, Aug. 15.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Dr. Tanya Schreiber, associate professor of nursing, received the Terrebonne General Medical Center \u2013 Devoted Volunteers Endowed Professorship in Nursing by Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Sue Westbrook.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Professorships, which are awarded through generous private donations, help ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ retain high-quality faculty by providing supplemental funds for teaching, research or other professional endeavors.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
