It provides student organizations with roster management and event registration management (replaces the Reservation Forms) and provides a co-curricular point system and transcripts for individuals.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Co-curricular transcripts and the points earned are used in the selection process for scholarships and awards given by the University such as:\u00a0 Colonel Leaders and Scholars, Hall of Fame, Homecoming Court, Mr. and Ms. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, etc. It can also be a helpful reference document for employers as you apply for jobs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In order to be considered for awards and scholarships, simply log into <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NGage through the My ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Experience <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and enter any experiences that are not listed through a roster of an organization you are in by following the instructions below before the deadline date.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An experience is any activity\/position that is not automatically entered from an organization roster. President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, or Chair are pulled from organizational rosters. All other activities are considered \u201cExperiences\u201d which can be browsed and applied for under the \u201cActivities\u201d tab. Apply for the opportunity in order for the experiences to be added to your co-curricular and to receive points. Click the Bronze, Silver, or Gold \u201cBadge\u201d button, then scroll to find your desired experience, add your description, attach your proof, and submit for approval. Examples of experiences include: visual and performing arts like band or ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Worth, athletics\/intramurals, awards and scholarships, specific titles such as a public relations\/marketing chair, student employment positions, etc. You can browse the full list at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.suitable.co\/institution\/5234\/activities\/339468\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/app.suitable.co\/institution\/5234\/activities\/339468<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. All co-curricular points that have been submitted to the Office of Student Affairs prior to 8-1-24 have already been added to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NGage<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
