The best thing about ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is the campus community and opportunities. When you go to school here, the possibilities are endless.
How did ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ help to develop you professionally, socially, academically?
ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ helped me grow professionally, socially, and academically by giving me a place where I could belong and thrive. Coming from a small town to a bigger small town made it easier for me to learn and grow as a person. I wouldn’t be who I am today without ÐÓ°É´«Ã½.

Why did YOU choose ÐÓ°É´«Ã½?
Choosing to attend ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ was about much more than being close to home. I saw ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ as a place where I could be challenged academically and become actively involved in the campus community. The opportunities to get involved through academic clubs, student organizations and student employment made ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ feel like a place where I could truly make an impact while preparing for my future.
What is the best thing about ÐÓ°É´«Ã½?
The best thing about ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is how approachable the entire campus is.Ìý
That accessibility made it easier for me to take advantage of opportunities I may not have otherwise pursued. I was able to become involved in student organizations, take on leadership roles, and work in different areas across campus while still feeling connected to the university. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ gave me the feeling that I was part of the campus rather than simply attending it, and that sense of belonging made a lasting impact on my college experience.
How did ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ help to develop you professionally, socially, academically?
ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ played a major role in shaping who I am today. When I graduated, I left with a better understanding of myself, confidence in what I could accomplish, and experiences that continue to shape the way I approach my career and the people around me.

The best thing about ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ is the people. The ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ community is filled with people who genuinely care about your development and want to see you succeed.
How did ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ help to develop you professionally, socially, academically?
Coming to ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ as a transfer student the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ community welcomed me with open arms and made my transition into the University as seamless as possible. Professors are personable and wanted to make sure I got the most out of the lessons that I could, and being involved on campus helped me come out of my shell and into who I am today.

I chose ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ after moving from Idaho to Louisiana because it felt like a place where I could grow and build a new community. What started as a new opportunity quickly became something more meaningful through the connections I’ve made and the welcoming community I’ve found here.
