Our Services
Services Provided include:
(All services are confidential and free of charge to enrolled students, faculty and staff members.)
Individual Counseling
You will meet one-to-one with a counselor for a 45-minute session to address your personal or career issues.
Group Counseling
You meet with a counselor and approximately five to 10 other clients who are experiencing issues similar to yours.
Couples Counseling
You and your partner, spouse, significant other, etc. meet with a counselor to address relationship issues.
Workshops/Presentations
These are provided to the general ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ community and by request to classes, residence halls and department/organization meetings on a variety of topics.
Consultation
Consultations are provided to faculty, staff and students regarding a particular mental health issue or regarding an individual about whom they may be concerned.
Screenings
The UCC provides eating disorder, depression, anxiety disorder and anger screenings to the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ community by request to individuals or groups.
Written/Audio/Video Resources
Numerous resources addressing various mental health topics are provided to the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ community.
