Kenneth Cortez, assistant director of human resources at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
The designation demonstrates Cortez’s successful completion of a comprehensive examination that assesses generalist knowledge of the human resources field, including strategic management; workforce planning and employment; human resource development; compensation and benefits; employee and labor relations; and occupational health, safety and security.
