ATHLETICS SUMMER CAMPS
FUNDAMENTALS CROSS COUNTRY CAMP 2026

JUMPS:Ìý This Track and Field camp will assess your athletes’ ability level in Long Jump and Triple Jump and teach fundamental running and Jumping mechanics and skills needed to improve in the events of Long Jump and Triple Jump. Many of the skills that will be worked on will benefit the athletes’ performance in other sports as well. Skills include:
- Take Off
- Landing
- Approach
- Acceleration Mechanics
- Top Speed Mechanics
CampÌýwill be led by Assistant Track & Field Coach Cameron Bolt; along with other staff members, currentÌýTrack and Field student-athletes, and experienced Long and Triple Jumpers. SPRINTS:Ìý This Track and Field camp will assess your athletes’ ability level in sprinting ability and teach fundamental sprinting mechanics and skills needed to improve as a track & field athlete. Many of the skills that will be worked on will benefit the athletes’ performance in other sports as well. Skills include:

- Foot Placement
- Acceleration Mechanics
- Starting Blocks
- Top Speed Mechanics

Team Train & Play Camp
Dates: July 16-17, 2026
Times:Ìý 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (teams rotate in session waves)
Cost: $225 per team

Grade as of 2026:Ìý 9th-12th (Team registration only camp)
Description:Ìý This two-day camp is designed for high school teams looking to improve systems, communication, and overall teamplay in a competitive training environment.Ìý Teams will participate in structured drills, positional training and game-like situations led by our coaching staff.Ìý Each day will include 6v6 to apply what is learned in training.
This is a team registration only camp.Ìý High school coaches will need to register their team and provide their roster after registration.
This is a great opportunity for teams to prepare for the upcoming season while receiving hands-on instruction in a high-rep, competitive setting.

Description:Ìý This camp is designed for prospective student-athletes, this camp includes skill training, live play, and evaluation by our coaching staff.Ìý Limited spots to ensure maximum reps and feedback.
ID Indoor Volleyball Camp

Middle School Volleyball Camp

Location:Ìý Thibodaux Regional’s Complex
Grade as of 2026:Ìý 5th – 8th
Description:Ìý A fun, instructional camp focused on fundamentals including passing, serving and attacking.Ìý Great for developing skills.
